Kara Weske, RN
FXN Alliance Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor

Kara Weske has developed a rich 24-year career in Behavioral Health as a Registered Nurse. Her professional journey began with a focus on Therapeutic Recreation at UW-LaCrosse. Initially, she applied her skills as an experiential therapist and psychiatric technician , primarily working with adolescents aged 12-17 in a behavioral health hospital. . Following a brief hiatus to earn her Nursing Degree from Waukesha County Technical College, Kara returned to working in a hospital setting in 2005, where she served as an RN until 2020.
Throughout her tenure, she augmented her expertise with an Addictions Certification from 2014 to 2023. Her comprehensive experience spans diverse care settings, encompassing long-term, inpatient, and residential care for both children and adults., Kara has since embraced the role of outpatient psychiatric nurse care manager, bringing with her a unique blend of Therapeutic Recreation and Nursing principles.
With a profound interest in holistic healthcare and nutrition, Kara pursued certification in Functional Nutrition Counseling through the Functional Nutrition Alliance. Her dedication lies in bridging healthcare divides, ensuring that every individual she encounters feels valued and empowered to embrace sustainable lifestyle changes conducive to their well-being.
Lucas grancorvitz
Certified Primal health Coach

Lucas Grancorvitz is a Primal Certified Health Coach, boasting over two decades of experience in behavioral health, direct care, and leadership roles. He commenced his career by introducing and guiding individuals through evidence-based coping strategies, focusing particularly on verbal de-escalation techniques. This initial experience paved the way for Lucas to take on training responsibilities in conflict resolution.
As a seasoned behavioral health professional, Lucas seized opportunities for further training in skills-based therapeutic interventions, drawing from methodologies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Over 15 years, he underwent clinical supervision under a licensed psychologist, continually refining his skills to assist clients in identifying and achieving life-improving goals.
Transitioning from direct client care, Lucas was entrusted with developing multiple levels of programming and leading multidisciplinary teams to enhance community services. Leveraging his extensive professional background, Lucas now combines his expertise in behavioral health with his athletic background as a former college athlete and his dedication to maintaining a daily exercise regimen and focus on nutrition.
His overarching responsibility is to raise awareness, promote the practice of total health and wellness by supporting clients identifying and achieving specific, achievable, and sustainable goals.
